I am a full-time REALTOR® licensed in Delaware. I service from Brandywine to Bethany and Mobile Homes to Mansions. As a Delaware native, born and raised I am very familiar with the local communities and real estate market. I now reside in Townsend, Delaware with my husband, daughter and 3 fur babies. My daughter attends the local public school in the Appoquinimink school district. Myself and my family are avid golfers and bowlers. 

I began my Real Estate career as a property manager, managing over 300+ properties. After 4 years of the property management world, I decided I wanted to help others achieve their goal of homeownership. As a Delaware native, raised in the Middletown area, it’s safe to say that Gina is an expert in this area and embraces all that this city has to offer!
