Before turning to real estate in 2017, Kristin worked her way up to a sales manager at one of the largest logistics firms in the world where she grew accounts from the ground up and worked on site with clients. In this position, she developed her organizational and leadership skills. However, her inborn traits also contribute to her success as an agent.

Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Psychology and minor in Human Resources as well as an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management.

Born in Southern California, Raised in South Jersey, but calls Delaware home, Kristina Higgins has

change where she could work but still have time to spend with her daughter, husband and fur
baby. Kristina spent most of her working career in the automotive industry where she dedicated
herself to assure her clients could trust her judgment and knowledge to make the right choice.

My family operated a beauty salon located inside the historic Hotel Dupont and our family name still adorns the Golden Rubber Stamp Co. on Tatnal Street.
